He is 100% resistance.
Bishop Williamson ordained him for the 1st time ...and the last!
An excellent priest.
DM if you want info.
Thanks. I was looking for something more concrete. I have seen many posts, on CathInfo, regarding other Resistance priests ordinations over the years. However, there is nothing about Fr. Hoopes. So, with the little info on Fr. Hoopes and nothing on CathInfo, this gives me some reservation.

Does anyone have evidence of his ordination? Who is his bishop?

Contact him or the chapel and ask.  Will serve two purposes:
1. You may get the correct info from the horses mouth.
2. If either refuse to provide his lineage, run away.

He came up in this thread last year

https://www.cathinfo.com/sspx-resistance-news/who-is-this-priest-75076/msg954276/#msg954276

The picture shows him beside Bishop Morgan and Father Ortalano.

Ordinations in Ireland [with Abbé Ballini]

NEWS FROM IRELAND (AND FRANCE)

There were two ordinations on March 17, 2022 in Ireland: Abbé Hoopes was ordained to the priesthiood and Fr Denis of the community of Villeneuve (France) received the sub-diaconate.

A large crowd (but not worldly as you can see) was able to attend this majestic celebration
....
Several Fidelity priests were also able to travel due to the (temporary) relaxations of the health dictatorship and attend this ordination presided over by Bishop Williamson.

Father Hoopes will remain with Father Ballini in Ireland because of a very overwhelming apostolate for a single priest. The young priest, gifted in studies, will also be able to help in the training of young seminarians who are in Abbé Ballini's community in Ireland.

(Brother?)Denis will continue his studies for the priesthood in the community of Villeneuve with Abbé Pivert.

Let us thank Heaven for giving us more faithful priests in these times. God seems to bless these small but solid bastions that allow the candidates for the priesthood to receive most of the priestly life: a theological, moral, spiritual formation adapted to the circuмstances, as well as a life of community and charity that preserves the priest from loneliness and loss of zeal....

Thank you Twice Dyed and TGK, for taking the extra effort to answer my question. When i try to do a search on CathInfo, nothing came up because the poster misspelled his name.
