  We’re taking about canon law not moral theology or church doctrine.

Go try to argue something before a Church tribunal without a canon law degree, as a layman or simple priest.  They’ll laugh and throw you out of the building.  To hand out church penalties (ie excimmunication, or loss of office), you have to be a church official.

No.  YOU are speaking about canon law.  I am speaking about Church doctrine and moral theology.

Read your Baltimore Catechism.

Can you be more specific?

Are the below bold faced lies immoral?

POPE BENEDICT XVI

APOSTOLIC LETTER

SUMMORUM PONTIFIcuм

ON THE USE OF THE ROMAN LITURGY
PRIOR TO THE REFORM OF 1970

Art 1. The Roman Missal promulgated by Pope Paul VI is the ordinary expression of the lex orandi (rule of prayer) of the Catholic Church of the Latin rite. The Roman Missal promulgated by Saint Pius V and revised by Blessed John XXIII is nonetheless to be considered an extraordinary expression of the same lex orandi of the Church and duly honoured for its venerable and ancient usage.  These two expressions of the Church’s lex orandi will in no way lead to a division in the Church’s lex credendi (rule of faith); for they are two usages of the one Roman rite.

No, you and Fr Kramer are "privately interpreting" doctrine/theology and then applying it to canon law penalties.  It's a weird, circular logic, fiasco.

The Church is the ONLY interpreter of doctrine, theology and canon law.  Canon literally means "Church", yet you and Fr Kramer (who has no jurisdiction at all...and neither of you is part of the Church authority in any way) somehow seem to think you can be the judge, jury and executioner of canon law on your own.

It's a crazy world and you're making it crazier.

The Church teaches that the public SIN of manifest formal heresy by its very nature separates the heretic from the Church.

I have no interest in arguing Canon Law with you.  My point is in regards to SIN.
