The Feast of the Circuмcision ought to be Wednesday, Jan. 1st, 2014.

The NovusOrdo calls it the Mother of God, but many dioceses have moved that to Sunday Jan. 5th. I haven't heard of any Traditional chapels moving the Circuмcision to Sunday the 5th, though. Until now, that is.

It seems from your post that you misunderstood me and think that my chapel is celebrating the feast of the circuмcision on Sunday. We are not. There is a Mass on New Years for the feast of the circuмcision and another Mass on Sunday after which they will have a party and the showing of the docuмentary. I just wanted to make that clear. Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my posts. I apologize.

Sorry for the confusion. There is so much ambiguity running around lately that it's hard to keep up with which version you're looking at. If the OP had had the date, Sunday, Jan. 5th, 2014, that would have settled it.

Congratulations on getting the movie about ABL! I'm hoping to see it soon. But 3,000 miles is a bit challenging right now.

I have to apologize, though it is not my doing, because despite what they announced last Sunday, they did not show the docuмentary at my chapel today, January 5th. I did not learn why they did not show it or if they will be showing it sometime in the future. If anyone came expecting to see the docuмentary and was disappointed, I am sorry (though I don't think anyone did because I did not see any new faces).
