The reply function is not working on the original thread . . .

I have been waiting for a response, from anybody, on Renzo’s use of a depiction of our Lord, one eyed, seemingly to mock the topic of the original thread, but nothing . . . both the use of such a representation and the lack of some form of outcry are verging on scandalous.  

It seems that the photography industry gets a better, certainly faster, defense on this board than our Lord. Perhaps we should inquire of Hugh Hefner of the innocence of those within the photography industry – all innocent babes, I’m sure.

In any case, as regards nature of the original thread, I wish to put forward a quote from G.K. Chesterton:

I never could see anything wrong in sensationalism; and I am sure our society is suffering more from secrecy than from flamboyant revelations.

In regard to the use of our Lord’s image and the lack of outcry, I say:

Stand down, men. Your wit is dull. Your weapons are even duller.
