Title: Bizarre video on the new SSPX site
Post by: cathman7 on June 19, 2013, 08:18:53 PM
Moderator Note:

Ok guys -- this is clearly a TEMPORARY or WORK-IN-PROGRESS site, not intended for public consumption:

http://usa.acc.eu.fsspx.net

The fact that they have Catholic or Tradition-themed things is rather strange -- it reminds me of something I might have done a LONG time ago, when I wasn't as mature :)

It's certainly not professional. Whatever web design company they hired is indulging their sense of humor, which they shouldn't be.

When you see default images and articles (Smurfs, movies, etc.) that actually makes sense -- those are default articles that come with the software. That is fully professional -- the site is being worked on. End of story.

I can't believe how many people are taking this seriously. Maybe someone in the SSPX leaked this site on purpose, to see if any Resistance members would fall for the bait, and attack it/distract themselves with something fake.

Have you ever heard Fr. Rostand, Fr. Rutledge, Fr. Themann, or Bishop Fellay talk about "baseless rumors"? Don't fall for it, guys!  It will make the Resistance look bad.

With that in mind, I'm locking this thread (and any others like it).

Found this bizarre video on the new SSPX site. It is from a certain Richard Ibranyi who makes the "Resistance" look like wimps. Not sure why the site would even promote a video from this person who is a self-appointed prophet.

He even lists the SSPX as a heretical group here:

Google:St John the Baptist website and then go to "Special Interest" and then "Heretic list", after you find the pdf go to page 4. I am not sure why I can't post the actual link.

Quote
God will not let Satan win the earth; God will recreate it. The Garden of Eden was meant to be eternal and glorified if Adam and Eve remained faithful. The new earth will be even more glorious than the Garden of Eden and will be united to the heaven of heaven. However, no matter how glorious this temporal kingdom is, men cannot enjoy it unless the kingdom of God resides in their hearts. Jesus’ first coming was to primarily plant the kingdom of God in the hearts of men and then in nations. Jesus’ second coming will plant God’s eternal temporal kingdom upon earth where there will be no more evil or evildoers. It is then that God’s eternal kingdom will be upon earth in the hearts of all men and all nations. Blessed are they who know and obey the final-day signs that God has given us! When good Catholics of all generations say, “Come, Lord Jesus,” they are also calling for the coming of the reign of the Antichrist and the almost total destruction of the earth, which must come first. Good Catholics know that to get God’s ultimate rewards they must first go through the fire of great tribulations.

So-called Catholics who think mankind can have true peace upon earth without Christ the King ruling in all hearts and all nations are not Catholic and are heretics—such as Fr. Gruner who promises non-Catholics true earthly peace as long as they support his false devotion to his false Mary who promises true peace to non-Catholics. Star worshippers will not have to reach out to the stars—some may fall right in their backyard. Beware, sun worshippers, because your god, the sun, shall be destroyed! In the new earth that the Catholic Christ will create, “The wolf and the lamb shall feed together; the lion and the ox shall eat straw; and dust shall be the serpent’s food: they shall not hurt nor kill in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.” (Isa. 65:25) The false Christ, the Antichrist, will not be able to fulfill this prophecy. Before the Antichrist comes to power, Vatican City will be destroyed and will remain desolate until Christ recreates the new earth in which Rome will be second in glory to the New Jerusalem.

What?

You can't link to RJMI on this site.

Ibranyi is a bonafide nut.  Besides thinking that basically everyone since Abraham was a heretic, he also claims to have a personal correspondence with Our Lord.

Right, which makes the inclusion of this video even more baffling. Who is actually running the new SSPX website?

Two speculations:

1. Somebody hacked the site, or

2. Janet Reno actually failed to take out David Koresh.

Well, why even ask people to waste their time and potentially ruin their minds listening to this man's false teaching?  If you try to send a comment to the Society, you cannot do so as their is no outlet for comments.

I believe this is not just bizaar, it is really poor wisdom and if intended for a specific purpose, evil.

That is hilarious. Either they don't know who Richard Ibranyi is or their site was hacked.  :roll-laugh1:

They had to have been hacked. Here is the position of Richard Joseph Michael Ibranyi (RJMI) from his website:

"I publicly teach the Catholic faith in these days of emergency, when no access to Catholic Church authorities is possible, by the Catholic principle of epikeia (equity) that exempts me from the laws that requires authorization from Church authorities."

Is it wrong for me to find humor in this?  :roll-laugh2:

Does anyone have a good idea why the title of the page is
truncated just like the link has, with "...Richard Josep" instead
of "...Joseph Michael Ibriani?"
