In order for this book to have a happy ending we'll need newly ordained bishops.
As long as they are carefully chosen and qualified for the task, then I agree.
Ordaining bishops too soon -- or the wrong priest(s) -- would be worse for Tradition than doing it when the time is right.
Just think of the harm a bad priest can do. Now magnify that for a Bishop.
Each priest has a "vocation" to that state. A similar vocation exists -- or doesn't exist -- for each priest called to the Episcopate.
