Has he publicly red-lighted attendance at Neo-SSPX, Sedevacantist, and Indult Masses yet?

1. Those are 3 different things. They're not even on the same trajectory.
2. Why should he? And in fact, he shouldn't. There simply aren't enough "Resistance" affiliated Masses worldwide yet. We need the Sacraments. Mass once a month is one thing. Driving an hour and a half for Mass is one thing. But Mass once a year or never? That's a whole other matter.
We're not talking about the Novus Ordo.
As I always say: What Would 70's Trads Do?

Yes, I don't see any reason to red-light any of these groups, as groups ... except potentially on a case-by-case basis (don't go to this or that priest or "priest" or chapel). IMO, "Indult" / "Motu" / "Ecclesia Dei" are getting to close to having very few validly-ordained priests left in those groups ... but you will occasionally find an SSPX-ordained refugee in one of those groups, and some of them do have Mass in the same churches where the NOM is also held ... yet there are some dedicated FSSP / ICK types of "chapels" / "parishes" (though even for these many or most have at least one or another doubtfully-ordained priest). So perhaps Indult is closest to red-light ... and I would definitely give them a hard Orange.

Archbishop Lefebvre read all this before, hermano . . .
He call it the Insult, not Indult.
Novus Ordo . . . FSSP . . . is same poison in golden cup.
He say: “You don’t mix truth with error even for Mass.”
So why now people drink . . . and call it wine?

Yes, I'm sure +Lefebvre was making puns in English between Indult and Insult. +Lefebvre did have different views on it over the years.
Nobody's calling it "wine", just that there are circuмstances in which one might be able to attend, thought they're getting fewer and fewer.
If there were an FSSP priest, validly orainded, say, former SSPX, in a church / chapel dedicated only to the Tridentine Mass, there's little difference between that and SSPX, and in fact there are some FSSP priests that are to the right of where neo-SSPX have gone.
I actually new of an FSSP church where the priest stationed there had been conditionally ordained in SSPX and where they exclusively used the pre-Vatican II Sacramental Rites, and even the pre-1955 Rite.

We cannot go NeoSSPX, hermano . . .
Valid Mass with silent error is still betrayal.
Many say, “But is reverent . . . is Latin . . .”
But so was Judas’ kiss.
Truth and compromise cannot share the same chalice.
Valid poison still kill soul . . . just take longer.
I rather stay in desert . . . than kneel in Rome’s trap.

Home-aloner? Maybe . . .
But better alone with truth . . . than in crowd with compromise.
