Has this interview of His Excellency Bishop Fellay been posted here before? I searched but I couldn't find it so I am posting it now.

Bp. Fellay is so unfairly accused of so many things, His Excellency is even called "judas". But Judas immediately lost peace after his sin. Bp. Fellay has continued to touch so many people, does great things in Rome and in the world for the Society and its cause and stand for Catholic Tradition (and listen to that signal grace from Our Lady of Gaudalupe narrated by His Excellency right at the beginning!) and clearly, if at all H.E. ever allegedly committed a sin like H.E.'s opponents allege, H.E. would have lost peace and become vile like Judas. So why has that not happened? The crux of the issue is that it is legitimate to seek canonical normalization. The SSPX has never claimed to be infallible or impeccable; if there are problems, other Bishops and Priests should raise them at General Chapters etc. But the core of the SSPX's approach that it is at least legitimate to be in visible and undisputed communion with the Pope is correct.

Cardinals have told Bishop Fellay, "The salvation of the Church lies within the Society". "The Society has the means to take the Church out of this crisis" - Bishops have said the same to Bishop Fellay. And of course, there are Priests and young Seminarians who think so also. Bishop Fellay's view is a thoughtful and reasonable Catholic view. H.E. says the Society is now able to influence the Church more.

Thoughts? Take a look at some sample comments on the video below, but at least judge for yourselves after seeing the video:

Quote
Ben H: May Almighty God Bless you Bishop Fellay! Thank you for preserving the True Faith & the Holy Catholic Church.  Our prayers are with you!

Gippsland Organics: An extraordinary man who fulfilled an extraordinarily difficult job. Thank you for your service Your Excellency. I’ll be forever grateful.

Beverly Kamps: He is such a gracious individual.  There is a peace about him.

Joseph Kretschmer: This is a very good priest who is very deep and also very human.  Thank goodness he has led the SSPX now for 24 years.  Very few could have done it.  The enemies on one side call him liberal and the enemies on the other call him schismatic.  He is even keeled and steady and may God give him long life.  He would make a great Pope.

Holy Faith Media: Thank you for your faithfulness.

Demetrice Brown: Thank God for the Society of Saint Pius X

Brennan Smith: What a good man
"We wish also to make amends for the insults to which Your Vicar on earth and Your Priests are everywhere subjected [above all by schismatic sedevacantists - Nishant Xavier], for the profanation, by conscious neglect or Terrible Acts of Sacrilege, of the very Sacrament of Your Divine Love; and lastly for the Public Crimes of Nations who resist the Rights and The Teaching Authority of the Church which You have founded." - Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Lord Jesus.

Bp. Fellay has mastered the art of pretending to say something, while, in fact, communicating really nothing at all. And, what is amazing, he can say nothing at all for as many unbroken minutes, or hours, as he is allowed. +Fellay, imho, is as phony as a four dollar bill. This video merely confirms for me how essentially insincere the man is.  He is little more, IMO, than the self-serving CEO of a large company, managing his growing assets, while at the same time, feigning priestly holiness.
23 minutes of non-stop bull is a bit more than one can stomach.

Actually, it is the Cardinals that have the means to save the Church, but they are trying to pass the responsibility to the SSPX. Yet, there is nothing stopping them form learning and teaching the same Catholic Faith as the SSPX does. Nothing stopping them form giving demanding every priests to say the Latin Mass, and for themselves to exclusively offer the True Mass, preach against the errors and Vatican II, etc. If the Cardinals know there is a problem, then they (and not anyone else acting on their behalf) needs do something now. But if they are afraid or if they know someone higher will prevent them, that that higher power will not go away just because the SSPX is officially recognized.
On a practical level, if the SSPX cannot enforce the basic modesty standards in their Chapels, schools and District HQ, then what makes them or anyone think that the SSPX will be able to help the Church and average Catholic which in an a worse situation. Plus if they are afraid of denouncing (or worse -believe in)  Big Bang, long ages of Earth, and other "agenda driven fairy tale for adults", then all their efforts will cut short.

Well for better or worse Pius XII allowed for debate over that, so if that's a problem, it doesn't seem like just a "post Vatican II" problem.  And for the record, I'm a young earth guy.
