What's your malfunction?  When did Bishop Morgan say that the citations were in "Fideliter"?

I'm not a fan of Bishop Morgan, however, after he appeared to be complicit in the coverup of that one predator who scammed Bishops +Vigano and/or +Williamson into ordaining him.
