Viva Cristo Rey:  You can add to the list Peurto Rico and Peru forced sterilization on 30,000 and more since 1985 funding from USAIDS which includes partnership with Catholic Relief, and charities. More reading shows the USA since 1909 experimenting on women to make contraceptives. Well, the USA could not do it on their own women, the term used was, "it was unpopular" so go outside the USA.  Very ugly!
