That's fine, keep lying, Sean.  It's more than a "couple comments" and he said a lot more than that it's OK to be sede, namely, that he came close to sedevacantism himself.  People can read the link for themselves without you lying about it.

Oh yah, I gotta be the liar:

Don’t agree with Lad = liar, heretic, schismatic, excommunicate, blah, blah.

You know, when those habitual reflex responses become your “go-to’s,” the viewing audience starts to recognize you are just a self-promoting blowhard.

No offense!

Correct.  1982 Lefebvre.

“Now some priests (even some priests in the Society) say that we Catholics need not worry about what is happening in the Vatican; we have the true sacraments, the true Mass, the true doctrine, so why worry about whether the pope is heretic or an impostor or whatever; it is of no importance to us. But I think that is not true. If any man is important in the Church it is the pope.” (Talk, March 30 and April 18, 1986, text published in The Angelus, July 1986)

It's a no-brainer.  The Archbishop's position evolved over time, as the facts became more and more clear.  He was not inconsistent, even though quotes that are put forward from him without taking notice of the dates would give that appearance.   Once the timeline of the quotes is taken into consideration, it is easy to see that his position changed from the 70's and early 80's and he was moving towards declaring a state of sedevacante.
