"This talk is introduced by the late Walter Matt, who founded the Remnant Magazine, then by Fr Anthony Ward, who ran the Society of St Pius X (SSPX) House of Studies in Armada Michigan, before the US seminary moved to Ridgefield CT, then Winona MN.

The talk is before he famously met with Pope Paul VI, and after Rome had illegally tried to suppress his Seminaries and SSPX.

He speaks of the errors of Vatican II and how the Church is being destroyed by the new Rites of Mass and Vatican policies. He speaks of democracy as legitimate if we limit the concept to citizens designating those who will receive the power to rule, but not legitimate of we speak of “the people” giving the power, since all power comes from God.

He speaks of the experience at the Eucharistic Congress in Melbourne, Australia, where he witnessed a sacrilege by Cardinal Knox, and was asked to concelebrate with a Rabbi and a Protestant Pastor.

He speaks of the wonderful response of seminarians, dropping out of Modernist dens of iniquity and begging to join Econe, even in spite of its trouble with Rome, nearly sixty good men applied that year.

He speaks of his role in Africa before the Council visiting Rome each year and reporting to Pope Pius XII and Cardinal Monitini. He said he was on the commission to prepare the docuмents for Vatican II and witnessed the dreadful clash between the Modernist/Americanist Cardinal Bea promoting liberty of all religions, vs Cardinal Ottaviani’s draft of the traditional doctrine of religious tolerance. (You tolerate what is evil when you must, you give rights only to what is good and just. Vatican II accepted Bea’s doctrine of universal civil rights to all heresy, based on the dignity of the human person). He speaks of the consequent de-Christianisation of the once Catholic Countries, forced by Rome to get rid of the rights of the Church based on this novelty of Vatican II.

He said he met with Pope Paul VI twice privately during the Council, but afterwards the Pope refused to meet with him because he felt obliged in conscience to reject Vatican II and the reformed Protestantised liturgy. Cardinal Benelli, who used the term Conciliar Church, had just met with the Archbishop, and wanted him to use the new Missal (Ordinal), sign his acceptance of Vatican II, and all would be well between the Society and Rome. He refused, in order to be loyal to Christ and His unchanging Tradition."
