A friend of mine asked me:

Do you know of anyone who has the original CNS Interview with Bishop Fellay from last year?

I was in such a state of shock at the time, I did not think to download it.

I recently looked for it and found one that had been whitewashed, they don't even have the interviewer on it. They show the cows and the country side and then they will have a couple of words from Bishop Fellay. The only questionable thing he says is that the docuмent on religious liberty is very, very limited.

I agree -- it would be nice to have such an important piece of historical evidence. Did anyone have the foresight to save off the interview, even though it's a bit more difficult than archiving a text article?

If the truth were that the Resistance is wrong and +Fellay is a good guy, then why the need to cover up his own words? Why the need for 1984-style "down the memory hole" censorship and whitewashing?

Anything he uttered he should happily stand by years or even decades later.

But I've long since concluded that the Resistance is clearly in the right. I keep looking for anything that could prove otherwise, and I have yet to find it.

Nevertheless, there are still some VERY deluded, detached from reality people out there.

I spoke with someone today who was spouting anti-Resistance arguments from May 2012!  That's not a typo -- I said twenty twelve!
