Father Chazal sent us these photos of the convalidation of Father Mina George, a Chaldean priest who joined us in Melbourne. He had knocked on the door of the FSSPX, but the answer was very evasive; in the meantime, he noticed the errors of the FSSPX, through their attempt to hide the scandals of Pope Francis on their Australian sites.  The FSSPX's discourse differs from place to place, which is an even worse way of watering down the truth.

Pray that the other two priests who have expressed an interest in joining us will make the move, as well as two Indian priests who have approached Father Valan. Nothing is certain in all four cases, but let us pray.

We will publish in a future article the testimony of this priest who explains his itinerary to reach Catholic Fidelity.** A testimony that we think will encourage other priests.






** Note that the French have some aversion to describing themselves as Resistance, and therefore prefer the confusing term "Fidelity" where we would say "Resistance" (i.e., they think it sounds more positive).

Is the priest ethnically Chaldean or is he a Chaldean rite Catholic priest? Will he offer the pre reform Chaldean liturgy?

Not sure, but in searching YouTube, I find this video of a priest of the same name allegedly performing the "traditional" Chaldean Rite...but using an altar girl.

My guess is that this priest must be averse to such things, or he would not have sought out the SSPX, then the Resistance:

Just my opinion, but the term "Resistance" is out of date.  It was meant to differentiate from the sspx, during the time when +Williamson was kicked out, but I think everyone knows their aim now, and with the new-sspx's "mini jurisdiction deal" with new-rome, the differences keep getting more, day by day.  Fidelity, Orthodox, or something else is probably more important.  Or just a new name altogether.
