From the Newsletter of the German Seminary at Zaitzkofen, June 2013, by Fr. Stefan Frey, Rector
23 March 2013. During an evening lecture, the Rector gave a presentation on the completed organigram of the seminary. "Organigram" is an abbreviation of "Organization Diagram", an overview normally used by firms to manage the structure of the organization and determine assignments and responsibilities. Under professional guidance, we have constructed our Seminary Organigram.
All the seminarians and brothers have to describe their duties in detail, the activities belonging to each, the relevant working times, competences and accountabilities to be rendered. This procedure ensures transparency and quality, and facilitates the consignment of official duties.
Whatever happened to the Rule of St. Benedict?
