Ps: The term “apology” as used in the article means “in defense of.”  The term “ralliers” refers to those persons and groups who have traded the combat for the faith for canonical recognition and the old Mass.

Last time I checked (mid-2016), he was the Rector of the SSPX University in Paris.  Not sure if he is still there.

PS: He is not to be confused with Dom Jean-Baptiste Chautard, OSCO (author of the outstanding spiritual work so often recommended in SSPX circles, "The Soul of the Apostolate").  Dom Jean-Baptiste Chautard died in 1935.

This whole SSPX catechism is, in 2018, a condemnation of...the SSPX/.
