"I just spoke with an OLMC parishoner who confirmed with Mr. John Pfeiffer (the owner of the chapel and seminary) that "Ambrose" is being accepted as legitimate and the discussion over that is closed. OLMC will be working with Ambrose in some capacity. I guess that means the investigation is completed."

In like manner, I just spoke with someone (on the phone) who just spoke to Mr. John Pfeiffer (on the phone). His report is that Mr. Pfeiffer does not know what the present status of the investigation is. He is in his home recovering (where he should be) and does not even know if Fr. Pfeiffer is back from his weekend circuit or not.

I don't doubt the sincerity of the report I received or the one you received.  I believe that Mr. Pfeiffer said as reported to both parties.

BTW, the part of my quote from "I guess that means the investigation is completed" is from me.  The other part is from my friend.

.

The OLMC website used to get regular updates with new sermons but the most recent sermons for Fr. Pfeiffer or Fr. Hewko are January, 2015.  So they're 8 months behind.

Fr. Voigt used to have a place in the list of priests' sermons but his name is now absent (suddenly?) and none of his sermons are posted.
