Thank you St. Patrick.

What can I say?

I am a long, long way from being persuaded of any duty to abstain from SSPX Masses.

Sean,

On the contrary... you've been adversely affected by your exposure to the SSPX Masses

In fact, you're whole theological formation is SSPX... and it is liberal.

A. Graces from the conciliar bastard rites, as Bp. De Mallerais called them.

B. The Novus ordo missae being acceptable. as Bp. Williamson once likened to a "wet squib" (canon barrel wadding) that provided no graces.

C. Four Baptisms, including the implicit one, inscribed in all men's hearts (Rahner's universal salvation).

D. And last but not least, your endorsement of the "Father of Vatican II", the Anglican jew-Brit, "St Neuman", who attacked papal infallibility and Pope Pius' IX's Syllabus of Errors.

Indeed, you're a victim of the Society's flawed theological positions,
which even +ABL admitted were weak, when commenting on the defection and loss of the naughty nine.

A.  As acknowledged by Archbishop Lefebvre.  Calling a sacrament a bastard (which pertains to its legitimacy, not its validity) doesn’t mean it doesn’t confer grace to well disposed recipients.  If you deny Trent, you are a heretic.

B.  A flat lie.  Please find a quote of me saying “the new Mass is acceptable.”

C.  This erroneous accusation would also fall upon St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Alphonsus, et al.  I’m in pretty good company.

D.  Defended by Pope St. Pius X against your incomprehension.

Ps: Are you capable of making theological arguments?  I have yet to see one from you. Plenty of emotional ones though.  And you are really good at pictures.

Leaving aside the vitriol, I’m curious how many of these people are Sedevacantists.
It’s only on the basis of Sedevacantism that I can even make any sense of the criticism against you

Sean, are you honestly using the Council of Trent, one of the greatest bastions of orthodoxy, to defend the new mass, one of the worst abominations of heresy in Church history?  Are you trolling here?  Do you just like to debate?  Honest question.
.
How anyone can defend the sacrilege of the new mass by using doctrines from Trent is truly wacko.  It just makes no sense and flies in the face of all that is Traditional.  If you want to say that one can receive ACTUAL graces, ok.  But to say that sanctifying grace is provided by a fake-catholic rite is just ludicrous.

Pax-

I appreciate your emotionalism, but it is a poor replacement for theology.

Can you point me to the part of Trent which says it’s dogmatic declarations on the sacraments apply to some sacraments, and not others?

If it’s a sacrament, Trent applies.

If it is not a sacrament, Trent does not apply.

You should be arguing that the NOM is per se invalid (which, while erroneous, would at least save you from embracing such stupid, homemade positions).
