DICTATORSHIP IMMINENT

A remarkable portrait of our contemporary world appeared two months ago on the Internet website, 321gold. The title is daunting: “Decline, Decay, Denial, Delusion and Despair”, but the content is surely true to life. Starting from a street scene to be found no doubt all over the eastern United States, the author concludes that within 15 years an Orwellian dictatorship will descend upon his country as the unwanted effect of wanted causes. But the USA is not typical of the whole world ? The whole world is buying into the American way of life. “Let the buyer beware”!

This autumn in the streets of Wildwood, New Jersey, the author observed pavements encuмbered with a host of heavily overweight men and women under 50 years of age rolling around town on government-subsidized mobility scooters to visit one fast-food joint after another in order to gorge on sugar-laden goodies which would give their latest model scooters more work than ever. His amusing name for them ? - “The weight-challenged disabled on their powered mobility enhancement vehicles.” Such is the flight from reality of “political correctness” and its language.

The author seeks causes for this tragic-comic effect : how can the American people that once saved 12% of their income have been persuaded to frighten the obesity statistics off the end of the charts with a debt-laden, sugar-sodden way of life, with no more savings for themselves and with an unbearable burden of debt being bequeathed to their children and grand-children ? Of course there is a lack of self-control on their part, he says, but there must be something more sinister, some mind behind such a mindless scene. He says the mass of citizens are being manipulated by an invisible government that has mastered the modern techniques of mass manipulation.

He quotes a pioneer of these masters from the 1920’s, Edward Bernays: “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the masses is an important element in democratic society... Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society... Whether in politics, business, social conduct or ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons... who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses.” They are “the true ruling power of the country,” and they “pull the wires which control the public mind.” For what purpose ? For their own wealth and power.

It is they who have organized today’s financial and economic crisis for their own benefit. They have “wrecked the world economy... shifted their worthless debt onto the backs of taxpayers and unborn generations, thrown senior citizens and savers under the bus by stealing $400 billion per year of interest from them, and enriched themselves with bubble-level profits and bonus payments.” And when the plug has to be pulled on this unsustainable way of life, then our invisible masters have prepared for us a 1984 “dictatorship of tears” with militarized police with millions of bullets, surveillance cameras and drones everywhere, imprisonment without charges and so on and so on. Yet, says the author, it is the citizens’ own fault who have preferred ignorance to truth, sickness to health, media lies to critical thinking, security to liberty.

There is only one thing lacking to this admirable analysis: could our governing elite have run so wild, or our masses have turned so dumb, if either had retained the least sense of a God who judges us all at death, according to Ten Commandments ? Of course not. Catholics, wake up !

Kyrie eleison.

DICTATORSHIP IMMINENT

A remarkable portrait of our contemporary world appeared two months ago on the Internet website, Cath Info. The title is daunting: “Decline, Decay, Denial, Delusion and Despair”, but the content is surely true to life. Starting from a street scene in Post Falls, Idaho, but to be found no doubt all over the eastern United States, the author concludes that within 2 years an Orwellian dictatorship will descend upon his country as the unwanted effect of wanted causes. But the USA is not typical of the whole world ? The whole world is buying into the American way of life. “Let the buyer beware”!

This autumn in the streets of St. Marys Kansas, the author observed pavements chapels encuмbered with a host of heavily overweight with wordlyness men and women under 50 years of age rolling around town on dragging themselves to mass to the chapels built by their militant Catholic fathers and populated government-subsidized mobility scooters to visit one fast-food joint after another in order to numb themselves on sugar-laden goodies sermons which would give their latest model scooters  Abp. Lefebvre more work converting themthan ever before, if he had to start all over again today. His amusing name for them ? - “The militancy disabled on their "powered" spirtual mobility enhancement sermons on obedience.” Such is the flight from reality of “political correctness” and its language.

The author seeks causes for this tragic-comic effect : how can the American people that once saved 12% of their income built these chapels and knew why, have been persuaded to frighten the obesity  Novus Ordo/Indult numbing of the faith statistics off the end of the charts with a debt-laden milquitoast, sugar-sodden "spiritual" way of life, with no more merit savings for themselves and with an unbearable burden of debt spiritual hypocracy/facade-ishness being bequeathed to their children and grand-children ? Of course there is a lack of self-control on their part, he says, but there must be something more sinister, some mind behind such a mindless scene. He says the mass of SSPXers are being manipulated by an invisible government in Menzingen that has mastered the modern techniques of mass manipulation.

It is they who have organized today’s financial and economic  SSPX spiritual ignorance crisis for their own benefit. They have “wrecked the SSPX world economy militancy and knowledge of the faith... shifted their worthless empty spritual insipidness debt onto the backs of taxpayers parishioners and unborn generations, thrown senior citizens and spiritual merit savers under the bus by stealing $400 billion per year of interest all the chapels and their militancy from them, and enriched themselves with bubble-level profits and bonus payments (Cardinal hats?).” And when the plug has to be pulled on this unsustainable way of life, then our invisible masters have prepared for us a 1984 “dictatorship of tears” with militarized like police with millions of bullets accusations of disobedience, surveillance cameras and drones everywhere, imprisonment expulsions without charges and so on and so on. Yet, says the author, it is the citizens’ own fault who have preferred ignorance to truth, spiritual sickness to health, media lies to critical thinking, security to the liberty of truth.

There is only one thing lacking to this admirable analysis: could our governing hierarchy elite have run so wild, or our masses have turned so dumb, if either had retained the least sense of a God who judges us all at death, according to Ten Commandments ? Of course not. Catholics, wake up !

Kyrie eleison.

Better start practicing survival skills.

1st priority: Food, water, guns/ammo.

2nd priority: medical supplies; prescriptions; survival books; hygiene supplies; cold weather attire for all family members

3rd priority: rural retreat; network to form mutual support group

4th priority: solar power; indoor hand pump well; gold/silver (or other barter items).

5th priority: updated passports for all family members in case you need to make a run to the border.

6th priority: Bug-out bag for each family member, in case you suddenly become a refuge (should actually probably be 3rd priority).

Much, much more.

Note regarding prepping: In the Old Testament, Joseph prepared for the 7 yer drought by stocking up during the years of plenty.  Nobody accused him of worldliness for having done so.  Neither was it sufficient merely to pray (God helps those who help themselves).  Instead, he has been proclaimed as a model of prudence for having prepared.  Ora et labora (work and prayer), not just one or the other.  If you love your family, you had better get to work.

Other good things to do to prepare for the coming collapse:

1) Think about a way out of town using side roads

2) Wood burning stoves with cook tops are great for both purposes.  Only cook at night so nobody sees your smoke.

3) Light discipline: Don't let the whole world see you have power, or they will all be coming to take it from you.  Trash bags over the windows at night are great cheap solutions

4) katadyn gravidyn water purifier makes potable water from pond scuм.  Big Berkey is ok too.

5) lots of garbage bags and a couple 5 gallon buckets.  And lots of toilette paper to go with it.

6) lots of matches, lighters, fire starter kits.

7) batteries of all types.

8) solar powered generator (uses no gas and makes no noise; can be used indoors).  This should be a priority, as it can take the place of several other items.

9) cheap kerosene lanterns with plenty of extra wicks.

10) some type of grill to cook over open fires.

11) cast iron cookware of all types (can be cleaned with steel tools, and has unlimited durability)

12) lots of liquor for barter, medicinal purposes, and temperate stress relief.  3 cases of the cheapest whiskey you can find will be priceless.

13) camping supplies of all types, especially military cots, mess kits, camp tents, etc.

14) if you have the money: night vision goggles and scopes.  You will have to maintain 24 hour security.  They will come for you at night.

15) ham radio.  If the grid goes down, these will still work, if you know how to use one.  You will be an influential and valuable person after the collapse if you do.

16) get the books "Where there is no doctor" and "Where there is no dentist."

17) visit the Mormon website to buy cheap bulk dry goods at providentliving.com.  They have a food distribution warehouse in every mid/major city in the country, and you don't have to be one of those freaks to buy there.

18) solar charger for items like Walkie-talkies, very useful for security

19) 50 gallons of gas (you can add preservatives to make it last about 16 months; diesel will last twice as long.

20) Any vehicle from the 1970s or earlier would be EMP proof, and still function after a nuclear blast.....if it isn't destroyed.

21. Plenty of places to buy underground bunkers, with covert construction available.  See hardcastle.com or hardenedstructures.com, etc.

22) have a panic room in your house, like building a false wall under your stairwell, and fortify it with steel, etc.

23) got infants?  Lots of diapers of various sizes, or good old fashioned cloth diapers.

24) In which case, you will want a hand cranked portable washer (fits about 2 outfits and costs $50)

25) visit the Amish website lehmans.com for an abundance of non-electric devices people will kill you for after the collapse.

26) Bible, Imitation of Christ, Rosary, holy water, and go get a priest to take with you.

27) Non prescription antibiotics/penicillins are available at pet stores, and are identical to human versions, despite the warning they are not for human consumption.  Stock up on them like there is no tomorrow.  You can find plenty of doctors on the Internet telling you the same thing, but if you still don't believe it, there are also doctors on the web who will prescribe you penicillins for prepping purposes.

28) want me to keep going?

Maybe I'm stupid, but why would I want to stock up on stuff that someone's
going to "kill me for" after the collapse?

because on the one hand, if you don't, you will be dead before they can kill you.

And on the other hand, if you prepare, you will be able to defend yourself against those who would harm you.

Very good and prudent advice Seraphim!  If I may add a few on the skills side of things, because you never know if you may have to leave your home and all of those other preparations behind.

1.  Learn to hunt
2.  Learn to use a firearm
3.  practice archery
4.  Learn to fish, and be comfortable cleaning it.
5.  Learn to identify edible wild plants.
6.  Know how to build a shelter
7.  Think of potential places you could re-settle if you had to leave your home.
8.  Try to walk daily, get up to about 5 miles or more.  Stay in good physical shape.

I would say the most important thing of all in a situation in which the world order breaks down due to a great chastisement of some sort is to form bonds with others (especially Catholics), who you can trust.  There is strength in numbers, and the duty at this point will be to protect and support the women and children, and our priests.

Ambrose-

   Great points.

All the guns/ammo in the world won't do you a lick of good if you don't know how to use them.

The Church governs from the top down, but as a rule is funded from the bottom up.  Funded by the souls who are the direct recipients of the Sacramental Graces received.

Looking at the NSSPX, CMRI, SSPV for example, local Mass centers support local Priests who in turn support (in these times) regional or continental Bishops, who in turn support international initiatives.

The faithful are most interested in the second and third tiers of governance (or the first and second tiers of the dispensers of Sacramental Grace).

Okay, I checked out Lehmans and wasn't disappointed.   Thanks.  I wondered
about the "no electricity" theme, and found they do have some electric items,
but this one is really wild:  Wood Heat Stove remote control!  "Install the
Optional Remote Control Kit and adjust the stove's temperature with just the
press of a button.  Imported from Belgium."

Now you don't have to get up from the couch to adjust your potbelly stove
output in the middle of your log cabin. Battery powered.    --    $295.00*

That ought to make the collapse more tolerable.  Don't forget to stock up on
batteries.

*That's just the add-on kit.  The stove is $2,695.

This all very useful. You might all be interested in a great book/novel (or may know of it already) called "Suvivors" by James Wesley, Rawles, published by ATRIA Books. He has 2 other books too.

Do you recommend one over the other?  Anybody used either of these?  Do they both remove all chemicals, like Fluoride?  Which is best for everyday use (even now)?

(If there is already a thread* on CathInfo on water filters or something similar, please let me know.)

And for those of us who do not have the wherewithall to buy a bit of acreage in the country or spend much on off-the-grid gizmos-  we lower-middle class or working-poor who are stuck in the city are just *****ed. When the stuff  hits the fan, we are sitting ducks for the huge apt complex dwellers just a few lots away. And they don't look too Christian to me....
