  • UPDATE:

There is an alternate poll here:
    http://www.cathinfo.com/poll/sspx/

ANYONE can vote, even guests and banned members.

Bishop Fellay's friends at R.C. are taking this poll. I guess they want to show him he has the "conservative" vote. It will happen soon anyway. Bishop Fellay says in Part 6 of the conference 'I cannot tell you when, could be tomorrow or in a year' but he is obviously elated with the Roman's fantasy package.

Take part in our poll! - Should SSPX accept Prelature offer made by Francis?

A few days ago, we posted the videos of Bishop Bernard Fellay, Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X, explaining to faithful in New Zealand what the offer of a Personal Prelature to the SSPX by the Vatican looks like.

So our Twitter poll this month (open for 7 days) asks you your opinion on the offer. Please, have a say!

        Poll open for 7 days:
        - If Francis offers a Prelature to Society of St Pius X (SSPX), should they accept it?

    This is great!

    Go vote everyone -->

Do you think Father Wegner is counting the votes... or screening the votes... or something else?

    Why am I so cynical?

  • You have to be on Twitter to vote- how stupid.

How many Trads are on Twitter? Probably close to none.

  • The "fix" in on.  +Fellay will smile as he announces that due to the wild acclamation from the faithful, he will humbly accept the Pope's most gracious offer of a Personal Prelature.

There's the "democratic" vote in action, folks.

  • The question is quite simple: Will Fellay, or will he not agree to reunite with apostate Rome?

  • Some "conservatives." (ptui) Given their long history of Judaizing, they could perhaps qualify for the euphemism "neocon." Using Twitter for their poll? Very revealing.

To show +Fellay he has the support of "conservatives" who would only give it with the blessing and endorsement from Rome because they are spineless and need approval to eat even the crumbs that fall from the Roman's table.

Exactly. I can't vote and I'm not signing up for this stupid poll.

Can anyone even see which vote is leading?

  • Maybe we should have our own "poll" to counter this bit of fluff- although it may be an effort in futility- what think you?

At this point, I might actually vote in favour of the S.S.P.X accepting a prelature just so that what has been practically true for some time now will be legally true, and we can stop with Bp Fellay pretending he's the Defender of the Faith or somesuch. Just get it over with. This dance has been going on for years now and the sooner it happens the more trads might wake up and leave the S.S.P.X rather than continue to get the "boiled frog treatment".

Many trads justify remaining with the S.S.P.X because "a deal hasn't been signed yet" but they are still imbibing the pro-Novus Ordo stuff that is being spread to ensure compliance with a deal. I think prolonging (formalisation of) the deal, at this point, just ensures more souls are lost.

Yes, they'll claim democracy, but will over-power any resistance to the Francis deal and eventually throw us out of their ѕуηαgσgυєs.

Hang-on to the independent chapel properties and don't support xSPX building funds because under Canon law newChurch is likely to claim them.

The Phoenix chapel faithful's boycott of the $2.5 mil building loan, is a good model to consider.

Besides prayer, it's a Resistance lamb's only self-defense weapon... for now.

    There's surely some truth here.

Once they get the prelature agreement behind them, things are going to degenerate quickly.

Fellay is ready to execute his "neo-trad mission" plan and compromises with modernism will be much more apparent then.

I hate to say this, but I think I agree with you.
