Nope.  You haven't been following Brother Nathanael.  For the past 6 months or so, you could see him getting increasingly frustrated and angry with the Orthodox, and with each day that passed, you could see him getting more frustrated.  At the peak of said frustration, I actually chimed in and asked him to consider Traditional Catholicism, after which he followed me and started gradually making more and more pro-SSPX comments.

There appear to be many things that are weird about this. He went from Jєωιѕн to Orthodox to trad Catholic? His appearance looks very wacky and unhinged. Why doesnt he shave the beard if he doesnt want to look rabbinic? He said he is joining SSPX. Other reports say he is joining Resistance i.e. Bishop Williamson's views, and was blessed by an anonymous resistance priest. The truth seems to be he is not actually "joining" either because I hope neither group would give him a position of authority. So he is "joining" as in just ascribing to the ideology or attending Mass? Many other reports say he changes his tune and gets more or less fired up depending on whether he has taken his meds. Maybe he does struggle with mental health issues?

You're rather ignorant.  So, Eastern Catholics are big on beards, and has nothing to do with "rabbinic", except from the standpoint of your ignorance.  He's wearing Orthodox garb, but it's also consistent with Eastern Rite Catholic.  Just because it doesn't resonate with Roman Rite doesn't mean it's rabbinic.
