  • The Offertory hymn was rather short (the Gregorian Chant version of "Ave Maria") so that's why it was so quiet in the background.

We still need an organist. We have an electronic keyboard -- a large $300 one with built-in speakers. (we didn't go out and buy it recently or anything -- we've owned it for 10 years)

My oldest 2 (aged 9 and 7) are memorizing single-note versions of many popular hymns though, so we might have an organist in the near future! hahaha

I got a tripod for my tablet a few days after I took this -- so no more shaky video from now on.

P.S. Remember centuries ago how Rome added "Carthage must be destroyed" to all its official speeches, etc. even the most mundane? Well, instead of saying this or that must be destroyed, I'd like to add after each of my Catholic Mass videos, "And some people think this Mass would have damaged their faith, so they stayed home."

...to beat the point home how ridiculous it is.

    Want to say "thank you"?
