What is the name of the small round glass bowl, usually with a cross on it, with a small round brass lid that sits next to the tabernacle? This vessel is always full of holy water.
The priest uses this to purify his hands, or to place the Blessed Sacrament in (to promote dissolution of the Host) if somehow a Sacred Particle ends up on the floor.
I can't find one online if I can't even name it.
My first guess was "sacrarium", but I think that's a special sink where blessed water (from the Lavabo dish, etc.) is dumped, where it goes directly into the ground.
