  • In worst case scenarios, a woman could step up and fill a void but this should not be seen as optimal.

    In cases where the woman is overweening with pride and narcissism and thinks she's going to "outman any man" then it's better to not have her on the team.

    If the church is seen as run by women then it will be viewed as "women work" and only the young children will take it seriously.  As those children grow up, they will leave the women to their sowing circles and move on to what they view as important work.  This is one of the minor problems with the N.O. church.

    Men must lead and this is a burden for men so they have to shake out the cobwebs and do what is right.
