Father Girouard yes is mostly your only option.

There is a chapel in Winnipeg served by American Resistance priests. 

You would be advised to steer clear of Fr. Hewko until he can clarify some kind of relationship with resistance Bishops.

St Catherines, Ontario, some type of split there too, what else is new?
Fr. MacDonald went there sometimes. Probably most now are Fr. Pfeiffer connected. 

Winnipeg doesn't have a "chapel" per se, but mass is in a large private home, rare masses.

Fr. Girouard used to travel across Canada, but no more.

Stop trying to run down Masses in homes. It will be our only recourse in the next few years. 

When I said chapel I meant simply a congregation. That's obvious to people who dont go to the SSPX.

To the best of my knowledge Fr. G would be open to going to see you Fluidicpuppet. I can give you contact details of him or the american priests.

Better to gather as many folks interested as you can, so the priest feels he has something to come to.
