FWIW

Low Mass - lots of kneeling.  I’ve been very uncomfortable doing this and recently found that NOT hunching-down and retaining a more upright posture helps.  More so, consciously maintaining a steady, regular breathing pattern helped me immensely (I was falling into apnea before)

Seems like an interesting technique.  There's no doubt that 'mind over matter' can produce results, like for healing injuries or for those yogis sitting around in snow drifts who use breathing to dry out wet blankets wrapped around them in freezing temperatures, etc.  For them it might be tied to religious practice but I don't think breathing automatically makes it satanic.  It might actually be smart for a change.

Better to call it what it is… and move on to find valid Sacraments elsewhere.
