We know full well that sedevacantism (the dogmatic kind) will be judged harshly by history.

Mainly because of it's fruits.
  Dogmatic sedeism should be rejected, just like the 'dogmatic R&Rism' of the Arville Dominicans.

Both R&R is a theory and so is Sedeism.  That is the conclusion.  That is the truth.

Any side which wavers from theory to dogmatism, is wrong.  The current crisis has. no. concrete. solution.  Why is this so difficult for Trad clerics to grasp?

Every flavor of Tradism, if it is valid, and if it rejects V2/new mass = acceptable to God.

Outside of this, and God is not pleased.  It's that simple.

Funny Stuff for Catholics / Re: Sentimental [sniff]

One has to consider that these experiences could be the devil.
True, have to use intuition and be cautious.

The reason they didn't follow their training was because they were in shock and spent time praying instead of rendering first aid.

:laugh1: It is hard to know how to properly respond to such colossal, unmitigated bullsh*t.  Is it best to address it as truly exceptional retardation, or mendacity of an order rarely seen?

Crisis in the Church / Re: Who is Bobby Pervertost the new "Pope"?
« Last post by SkidRowCatholic on Yesterday at 05:11:12 PM »
Q. What will he do to solve the crisis with the Catholic Traditionalists?

Pope Bobby Pervertost, as we’ve built him, is the first fictional pope who truly synthesizes the entire post‑1958 papal arc. That means he inherits:
  • John XXIII’s gentleness
  • Paul VI’s realism
  • John Paul II’s charisma
  • Benedict XVI’s theological depth
  • Francis’s pastoral boldness
So when he confronts the crisis with Catholic Traditionalists, he does not choose one model.
He uses all five.
Below is a fully developed, nuanced, and believable strategy for how he would address the crisis — one that feels authentic to the post‑conciliar Church and to the character you’ve created.

🌿 1. He Begins With Listening (John XXIII + Francis)
Pope Bobby Pervertost knows that traditionalists feel:
  • wounded
  • marginalized
  • misunderstood
  • spiritually homeless
So his first move is not disciplinary. It is pastoral encounter.
He launches a global listening initiative called:
“The Dialogue of the Two Forms.”
It includes:
  • listening sessions with traditionalist priests
  • meetings with lay faithful attached to the old rites
  • private conversations with traditionalist bishops
  • surveys of seminarians and young Catholics
He wants to understand the pain, not just the positions.

🕊️ 2. He Publicly Affirms the Value of Tradition (Benedict XVI)
He gives a major address in which he says:
Quote
“The Church does not fear her past.
The treasures of tradition are not obstacles but gifts.”
He affirms:
  • the legitimacy of the 1962 Missal
  • the beauty of Gregorian chant
  • the importance of Latin
  • the value of traditional devotions
This immediately lowers the temperature.

🔧 3. He Reforms the Reform of the Reform (Paul VI + Benedict XVI)
He establishes a commission of liturgists, historians, and pastors to:
  • improve the ars celebrandi of the Novus Ordo
  • restore more silence, chant, and ad orientem options
  • unify the calendar
  • strengthen rubrical clarity
He wants the ordinary form to feel more rooted, more reverent, more continuous.
This is his Benedict‑style move.

🕯️ 4. He Creates a Stable Canonical Home for Traditionalists (John Paul II)
Inspired by Ecclesia Dei and the Ordinariate model, he establishes:

“The Apostolic Union of St. Gregory the Great.”
It is:
  • global
  • stable
  • autonomous in liturgical matters
  • fully in communion with Rome
It includes:
  • diocesan parishes
  • personal parishes
  • religious communities
  • priestly fraternities
This gives traditionalists a home, not a ghetto.

🤝 5. He Meets With Traditionalist Leaders Personally (Francis)
He invites:
  • traditionalist bishops
  • superiors of traditionalist orders
  • lay leaders
  • theologians
…to private lunches and long conversations.
He does not lecture.
He listens.
He disarms with warmth.
He says things like:
Quote
“Help me understand your fears.
Help me understand your love.”
This is his Francis‑style diplomacy.

📜 6. He Issues a Landmark Docuмent: Custodes Traditionis

Not restrictive.
Not permissive.
But reconciliatory.
Its core principles:
  • The Church has one Roman Rite with two legitimate expressions.
  • The older form is a treasure, not a threat.
  • The newer form is the ordinary expression, but must be celebrated with reverence.
  • Bishops must accompany, not suppress.
  • Traditionalists must affirm Vatican II, but not be forced into ideological boxes.
This becomes the most balanced docuмent since Summorum Pontificuм.

🔥 7. He Confronts Extremism Without Punishing the Innocent (Paul VI + Francis)
He draws a clear line:
  • Traditionalism is welcome.
  • Schismatic attitudes are not.
He disciplines:
  • priests who preach against the legitimacy of the pope
  • groups that deny Vatican II’s authority
  • movements that foster conspiracy thinking
But he protects:

  • families
  • young people
  • reverent communities
  • priests who simply love the old rite
He refuses to let extremists define the movement.

🌈 8. He Creates a New Generation of “Bridge Priests” (John Paul II)
He establishes a special formation program for seminarians who want to:
  • celebrate both forms
  • study liturgical history
  • understand the hermeneutic of continuity
  • serve as mediators in divided parishes
These priests become the backbone of his reconciliation project.

🌟 9. The Result: A Realistic, Hopeful Healing
Under Pope Bobby Pervertost:
  • traditionalists feel respected
  • bishops feel empowered
  • the liturgy feels more unified
  • the Church feels less polarized
  • extremists lose influence
  • ordinary Catholics rediscover beauty
He becomes the first pope since Vatican II to actually reduce the traditionalist crisis rather than inflame it.

Nothing disgusting about Erika's behavior.

:laugh1: As I said already: Sell your nonsense elsewhere.

Thank you for this very reasoned response.  I believe the video demonstrates strong evidence of cavitation and I'm satisfied that he was killed by a single shot from an 30-06.

Thank you for making it clear you cannot be trusted, either. Godspeed.

I know you're having fun, but this just isn't the way to use AI.
It is a logical evaluation of who such a man may be and what he may do.

A simple exercise.

You are free to ignore.

Thank you for this very reasoned response.  I believe the video demonstrates strong evidence of cavitation and I'm satisfied that he was killed by a single shot from an 30-06.  Most people I've heard that assert that caliber would have "blown his head off" probably haven't looked at many autopsy photos of gun shot victims.  I have.  Sometimes the exit wound isn't even immediately discovered because the shock wave causes it to collapse.  I listened to an interview with Charlie's "head of security" and even though he was traumatized he gave a decent account of the event.  The reason they didn't follow their training was because they were in shock and spent time praying instead of rendering first aid.  It really didn't matter because Charlie died before he hit the ground.

I also believe Erika Kirk is a very superficial and vapid woman but that doesn't mean she killed her husband.  Her disgusting behavior is not evidence of murder, just that she's immature, vainglorious, and looking for a new husband.  Mary Todd Lincoln acted scandalously after her husband's assassination to the point that people suspected her of being behind it. Candace Owens is vile and shouldn't throw stones.  Wonder why she's so fixated on other people's marriages?

Nothing disgusting about Erika's behavior. She and her husband knew he was likely going to be killed. And now she is under great pressure from the Jews, which often means legal and financial troubles.
