These days, I try not to brush aside anything that the Church approves under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It would be terrible if the Holy Spirit abandons the Church when she is making such important acts of discernment, we would be lost then. :(
If anything, the Popes abandoned the Holy Spirit during the second Vatican Council and did the work of men. It's a very interesting subject to study, in which you will find that the Holy Spirit was still there preserving the church, and that all of the errors of Vatican II were already condemned. Strangely the Popes did nothing after Vat II when things were getting worse in the church even after drawing a connection to the council. Have confidence and much peace. Don't let anything agitate you or take your peace. This is just another trial the church is going through like so many before, such as the Arian heresy, but this time it's more like the church is on the cross than just scourged, because we are dealing with the synthesis of all heresies. Pray the Rosary, if possible 15 mysteries per day, pray for a holy Pope, Bishops, and Priests. And get a Douay Rheims Bible with the Haydock compiled Commentary.

These sodomites are narcissists.  Most will never repent but will spread their disease of mortal sin.

The Church is a hospital for sinners who want to be healed.  To sin no more says Jesus.

There is no need for a formal canonical procedure. It is good to have one, but it is not essential.

Any decent superior would be able to discern what to do with a sɛҳuąƖ predator.

Parents have no "canonical procedure", but they know what to do to protect their children from the evils of the world.
It is biblical to remove these imposters and reach out to the victims.

It seems that they reject Genesis.

If I remember correctly, there was a video showing the African man trying to deliver the letter and Fr. Groche very rudely going away. Not the attitude of a person who regrets his actions.

I really don't remember if the content of the letter was shown.

I agree with Michelle. I could count on one hand people I know at our chapel who would have a problem with it. And it does seem like the plan was to bring the Latin Massers in to replace the hard liners who will leave when a) they bring in a N.O. bishop or b) get regularized by Modernist Rome.
Plus, consider the big effort through the podcasts to emphasize and clarify the new position that the new rite of consecration is valid.  This is now the party line, so any priest disagreeing with it has probably already left.

... and what makes this so much worse is that these ideas are coming from a man who otherwise poses as a Traditional Catholic priest who's allegedly opposed to Modernism, and promoted by an organizations whose very raison d'etre rests on opposition to Modernism.  So you could have many Traditional Catholics imbibing this poison as a result, whereas if it had been coming from your local Novus Ordo presbyter or diocesan "bishop", it would have been readily dismissed for what it is, Modernist heresy.
