Fighting Errors in the Modern World / Re: Wrong wine, Mass invalid
« Last post by St Giles on Today at 01:40:22 PM »
When on a wine bottle it says it tastes like this fruit, those berries, and hints of various other non grape flavors, does that mean they are actually adding those ingredients, or is it just that most people think they taste those flavors even though it is 100% grape wine?

On a side note, I've heard of the NO using grape juice at NO schools for communion for minors.

Good ol' Matto! ;) Political Correctness is of course a euphemism for the power of you-know-who.

Art and Literature for Catholics / Re: Ratton: Commentary On Apocalypse
« Last post by Simeon on Today at 12:46:27 PM »
Great stuff, Cera. I'm a student, and appreciate all resources. I remember listening to BpW's conferences years ago, and enjoyed them very much. As Ratton says in his preface, and I paraphrase, the more time goes on, the more the Apocalypse becomes understandable. It must now be read in light of Vatican II, Fatima inclusive, and one needs good sources to guide thinking. Where does VII fit into the Apocalypse? We have an earth shattering event and no one to teach us authoritatively - part of the chastisement, I'm sure.

Anσnymσus Posts Allowed / Re: R&R Sede poll
« Last post by Änσnymσus on Today at 12:44:51 PM »
This poll is ridiculous... Obviously all R&R and all flavors of sede identify as Catholic..

Whether one is dogmatic about his decision is a different matter.

Yes, we all identify as Catholic. Maybe I'm wrong, but the poll seems to be asking if one identifies as a Catholic first, and another descriptor as second, and that it's more important to be Catholic than anything else. Or something like that.
