  • I have read some books about WW II and related stuff

But I picked up this book the other day that .. the author was cynical about the Arab countries that were being divided up around that time and he acted like Pres Wilson (WW I)  was so noble and all others like Churchill and etc.. were out to rob the Arabs of their oil and other nefarious stuff...

well, that made me not want to finish reading the dang thing... but then I thought "Well, that is kind of closed minded..."

what to do..what to do...  :o

  • I guess we'll just have to read whatever comes along and hope it is the truth

certain facts probably aren't lied about no matter who the author, liberal or o/wise

such as George Washington was born on February 22 (can't recall the year) and stuff like that.. but MOTIVES of people who fought in the WW I and decided how to carve up Europe ... that kind of thing is... not to be trusted

  • I prefer to read source material rather than historical commentary.
