Curerntly is the president-elect the Ukaraine. From a strong Pro-Russia party. His prime advisor is Paul J. Manafort.he is a Neocon advsior to GOP:

So, Ukraine is not all that "independant: after all..so much for anti-Russia stance of GOp..Yanukovich's party is tied to the ruling Russian Republics pary of Medvedev and Putin.....McCain and Bush both were stoking fires against Russia...
