Wow!  According to these people, the national debt and the government shutdown is definitely the fault of George Bush.

This is the reason, and these people are the principal segment of the population, responsible for the present economic, political and cultural problems facing this nation.  They are certainly not the only segment or the only reason, and there are dramatic exceptions of their race who are intelligent and logical.  Nevertheless, this population constitutes the largest homogeneous voting block
demanding handouts and personal benefits in return for their votes.  And 97% vote Democrat.
