President Obrador, "Mexico's Bernie Sanders", refuses to congratulate Biden ("We are going to wait until all the legal issues are resolved. We do not want to be reckless."), while the president of the U.S. Con of Commie "Bishops" (USCCB) has already congratulated him for being "the second United States president to profess the Catholic faith"!

As if Biden practices the Catholic Faith. I have flushed down the toilet things that are more Catholic than Biden. He should be excommunicated for his support of Abortion, which violates the NATURAL LAW I must point out. It doesn't even take the Faith to understand the evil of abortion -- and yet he can't manage that!

If the foundation is rubble, how can you claim there's a building on that foundation?
The building is supernature (or the Faith), the foundation is the NATURAL LAW.

I'm going by the maxim that "He who can do the greater, can do the lesser." If a guy can't lift 10 lbs, isn't it scientifically or even metaphysically certain that he can't lift 200 lbs?

Biden has excommunicated himself; but, yes, his excommunicated state must be acknowledged publicly.

Pius XII in his encyclical Mystici Corporis Christi §22, after stating the conditions for membership in the Church (that one must be baptized, profess the true (Catholic) faith, and not be excommunicated), writes:
