Hoover, the epitome of ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ malice, had everyone blackmailed. His abuses lasted for decades. No idea if Reagan was blackmailed, but it's no surprise about the spying and acting.

Sounds like the relationship was qid-pro, Reagan got free services to deal with his kids, he turned in other kids, people to FBI.......the FBI even had a file and investigated +Sheen
