  • http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2016/jan/22/labour-warned-to-expect-losses-in-may-local-elections Damn. This is better than I could've hoped. They're gonna lose their strong hold in Wales where no party wants to work with them (Plaid Cymru said they wouldn't support Labour, Tories and UKIP would never support them and I wouldn't think the Lib Dems are too keen either). In Scotland they're set to lose almost all of their constituency seats in Holyrood and be confined to the regional top up seats. In England the story isn't much better with them expected to lose 200 council seats across the country and control of 6 councils.

  • Don't expect anything to improve.  Remember what G.K. Chesterton said:

"The whole modern world has divided itself into Conservatives and Progressives. The business of Progressives is to go on making mistakes. The business of Conservatives is to prevent mistakes from being corrected."

How long will it be before all of Europe is Muslim?
