Below is the January 8, 2019 edition of X22 Report in which Dave alludes that Supreme Court Justice Ruth B. Ginsburg.might be dead and on ice already.



Dave thinks that the Deep State might plan a disruption and then announce her death at a convenient time to stage a public funeral in order to shut down the government for several days. Of course, her lying in state would be a closed coffin event.  RBG's funeral most likely will take place when an important investigatory Senate hearing has been placed on the calendar, a hearing that would prove embarrassing to the Deep State. Thus a brief governmental shutdown similar to what happened when George Herbert Walker Bush had his day to lie in state would be an appropriate way to cancel an important Senate committee meeting.

2) RBG was born on March 15, 1933 (3/15). Her death would be noted with a time stamp (follow the watch).

3) President Trump posted a message on Twitter wishing RBG a full recovery after her lung surgery in December 2018, but he did not wish her a speedy recovery on Monday, January 7, 2019. If she were already dead, why would POTUS wish her a speedy recovery.

4) Why would certain Democrats who are very close to RBG be panicking as seen in their recent tweets? They would be panicking as they realize that the Supreme Court now has a simple majority of conservative judges (5-4). One more Justice appointed by President Trump would give the court a solid majority (6-3). Roe vs Wade could easily be overthrown. With Roberts providing a swing vote for the left, another conservative pro-life justice would need to be appointed to the bench, thus a 7-2 majority is essential.

Actually, Justice Gates is not a conservative. He voted in favor of CommieCare (ObamaCare) when its Constitutionality went to the Supreme Court to be challenged. The SC actually has 5 cultural Marxists  - the 4 Jєωs Kagan, Breyer, Ginsburg and marrano crypto-Jєω Sotomayor, and the swing voter Gates who has skeletons in his closet which the ʝʊdɛօ-Masonic Deep State uses to blackmail him. That's what they did to get him to vote in favor of CommieCare. Never count on Gates to vote to abolish infanticide. He's probably a closeted fαɢɢօt who has committed sex ritual murders of little boys, which is exactly why George W's handlers, the Jєωs, convinced him to appoint Gates to the SC. They can easily blackmail him.

Several journalists have insinuated that Robert Gates has been blackmailed/is being blackmailed by the CIA, and so is controlled by them.

Point is he's blackmailed. He obviously has a dirty past, so he's effectively a cultural Marxist in his votes. If he was a true Constitutionalist conservative, and not blackmailed, he would have voted against ObamaCare. The notion that the conservative-to-liberal SCJ ratio is currently 5-4 is false. The SC, effectively, only has 4 conservative justices, not 5.

True, that is why we need at least two more conservative, pro-life justices. Ruth Ginsburg (if not dead already) and John Paul Stevens need to retire. However, it would be lovely if the two Obama female appointees would also retire or resign. This would be marvelous.

Robert Gates' retirement or resignation would be a cause to celebrate too.
