the only thing I don't like is that i have heard (yet to be confirmed but have heard that) low or no-skilled laborers will not be allowed to enter, or at least that they will have to go to the end of the line. 

i think that is elitist, assuming I heard correctly. 

An immigrant should not begin his stay in the US by being dependent on the govt. But if someone has a low-paying job in the US, that should be sufficient. 

My biggest concern is accidentally allowing radicals in.. 

There are over 100 million Americans willing and able to work and cannot find jobs.  Every single American that is willing
and able to work needs to be employed before we bring one single immigrant into this country.  
I believe that all immigration needs to be stopped and frozen until all Americans  that are willing and able to work are
employed.
Also, we got to many communities that speak a language other than English. The only way a country that can stay
together is to speak and write in one language.  Some of these communities are not loyal to America but to their
country of origin.
The immigration policies of 1924 that lasted to 1965 was a sound decision.  Outside of the great Depression and
World War 2 there was much fewer problems than the results of the 1965 immigration law.  Despite false
government statistics crime and violence has exploded because we brought into the country many immigrants
that lack skills and have criminal backgrounds. 
The real purpose of Liberal immigration policies is to turn this country into a socialist  communist dictatorship 
police state in which everyone save the ruling elites are slaves.
