I did not see any ellipses in the released transcripts between the Presidents. The link I gave had the concluding remarks cut off, but I could not find any other source of the transcripts to see those concluding remarks. Did you find an alternate source?

The Whistleblower cannot be trusted as his/her evidence is all hearsay and he/she is a CIA agent. By the way, CIA agents are trained to lie as their double lives depend on lying convincingly. For example, if asked if they are a spy, they say, "No, I am a ESL teacher" or "No, I am Congressman Adam Schiff."
