  • YES BUT…    Texas is hanging by a demographic thread.  Urban v. Rural. White + Asian (mostly staunchly anti-Communist Vietnamese) v. the others. Texans v. Californicators.
If they become a country they can throw the Californicators out.

  • The two things I haven't heard often enough:

    1) The ruling was that the wire could legally be cut/removed (for now) but nothing in the ruling says that Texas can't just put it back. I heard once that the official reason was "in case of emergency". Either way, putting more wire in place is what Texas intends to do.

    2) Many of the "feds" at this point are also Texans just trying to keep their jobs. I'd imagine there are law enforcement individuals on both sides of this dispute that don't agree with what they're being told to do. Whether or not CBP is a good place to work changes every 4 years.

  • Have we ever had in America a completely conservative female judge, that is my question?  Yeah, Trump totally dropped the ball on that one.  I guess he was listening to Barr.  Amy Barret, what a disgrace.

Don’t forget Roberts either.  Speculation is that he’s being blackmailed for various perversions.

    Good points Mater.

#1: I think too many are placing too much emphasis on this particular Supreme Court ruling. I don't think it means all that much. The big one is on the way.

#2:  I feel for those workers.

  • I’ve seen some X posts that many feds would defect to Texas’ side.  26 States and counting have sided with Texas.

Let’s not forget in this distraction who the real ringleaders of illegal immigration are … the Jews.  They could be setting up a cινιℓ ωαr as a divide and conquer distraction from Gaza and their other agendas.  They love it when everyone thinks that Biden and the Left are the ultimate enemy.  “Anti-Semitic” sentiment in the US has been at an all-time high, so they need to get the goyim fighting each other before they turn on them.

Now the US can keep quietly funding the Jew genocide while everyone is distracted by these developments.  Let’s not forget that Abbott is aligned with the WEF and was on board with the jab agenda and Plandemic, while keeping up some mild appearances to the contrary, as were most of the governors supporting him.  As AG, he was defending illegal immigration, but then flip-flopped to get elected governor.  He’s been at Davos and has refused to denounce Schwab and WEF.

If a cινιℓ ωαr broke out, the Jews would be like …

  • “Anti-Semitic” sentiment in the US has been at an all-time high...
The Georgia legislature, both upper and lower houses, just passed a bill to ammend the state's hate crime [sic] legislation to include specifically anti-semtism [sic].

The bill now awaits the signature of thd Georgia governor.

They sneak this stuff in without making headlines now that they have the goyim’s attention elsewhere.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Investigative Journalists Infiltrate Massive U.S. / Chinese Funded Illegal Alien Invasion Camps (banned.video)

    Michael Yon
claims that the US and China gov. is funding the infrastructure (roads, bridges, camps, buses) to keep the illegals immigrants flowing in smoothly, and Gov. Abbot is part of the problem, by busing the illegals further into the USA where they get dispersed deep into the general US population. So far only one congressman has been to Panama to see it, no one else is even talking about it and thus will not defund this multi-billion dollar project, which is coordinated by a Jєωιѕн NGO.

  • I don't think Abbott really cares about securing the Texas border. He is acting under pressure from his constituency and other Republican governors. The area under contention is only 45 acres and Texas has a 1000 mile border with Mexico. Even if he wanted to secure the border, Texas doesn't have the manpower or resources to do so.

If the Supreme Court clarifies their ruling or Biden federalizes the National Guard, I think Abbott will fold like a deck chair on the Titanic.

  • Putting their money where their mouth is.

    Texas' budget for border security
    2007                      $0
    2015    $800,000,000
    2024 $4,000,000,000

  • Only in the closing paragraphs does this author note that Abbott is opportunistic and weak-willed about securing the border (hence Abbott may be engaging in kayfabe, ready to fold at the earliest oportunity, thereby warning off anyone else who may be honestly motivated to reign in the .gov/ZOG tyranny*). Of course this article is missing any consideration of the Social Reign of Christ the King, but is otherwise a sensible assessment of the state of the US Constitution.

We Catholics cannot treat the US Constitution as a closed system black box, but the author offers important insights into the history of the devolution of the USA: https://tldavis.substack.com/p/texas-rebellion

    Ahem! …

    Quote
Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 and indeed Article IV, Section 4, hinges on the definition of “invasion.” In previous immigration law it would not apply and if all immigration laws were being honored, it would not apply, but that is not the current situation. The immigration laws are not being enforced, they are not even being recognized. The executive branch has ignored Supreme Court rulings that would enforce the “stay in Mexico” policy that had restrained illegal immigration. The executive is acting in illegal ways to encourage and accommodate illegal immigration, not legal and codified immigration. Organized mobs overwhelming the border patrol, overwhelming the ability of ICE to track and deport is the very definition of “invasion.” It is an invasion and it is treason to allow it.

Taking advantage of this illegality, this open door to the southern border, enemies have entered and dispersed throughout the land. This is known, and they are being paid upwards of $3000 a month to stay, provided with shelter and food. This is “aid and comfort” and exposes the executive to charges of treason as defined in the Constitution. When these enemies unleash their acts of terrorism on the United States, this treason will be justification to prosecute and execute those in the executive branch who have enabled it.

    Oh my!

    * I hate to sound pessimistic, but I expect Abbott to play his WEF-assigned role, fold, demoralizing "constitutionalists," and facilitating the continuance of unabated .gov/ZOG tyranny.

No man is coming to "save" the USA. Certainly not this asshole:

  • Actually, the Supreme Court is in violation of enabling and assisting  terrorists who are crossing our boarders  to invade our country to murder American citizens.  It’s not just poor immigrants crossing the boarder.  Also, the Supreme Court is enabling child sex trafficking.  Well done, dumb Vatican II Catholics of Mr. Bergolio.
Actually, they are the terrorists these days.

  • Texas needs to secede already.  If it were a country, it would have the 8th largest economy in the world.
After three plus years of this allowed invasion and bussing those criminals throughout the country and NOW they decide to do something?

It's all smoke and mirrors. Abbott's a system hack, and a WEF'er I hear, they're not doing nothing.

But it does make good theater.

  • So, with Roberts, the five female Supreme Court Justices issued this perverse ruling.  Yet another reason why women should not be in any positions of decision-making, since they decide based on emotion.  These were undoubtedly swayed by the drowning story and overall plight of illegals to ignore the rule of law and the Constitution.  Barrett has been unmitigated disaster on several votes now.  Thanks, Trump.
Yea, that was a doozy, good job orangeman.::)
