The two things I haven't heard often enough:

1) The ruling was that the wire could legally be cut/removed (for now) but nothing in the ruling says that Texas can't just put it back. I heard once that the official reason was "in case of emergency". Either way, putting more wire in place is what Texas intends to do.

2) Many of the "feds" at this point are also Texans just trying to keep their jobs. I'd imagine there are law enforcement individuals on both sides of this dispute that don't agree with what they're being told to do. Whether or not CBP is a good place to work changes every 4 years.

I’ve seen some X posts that many feds would defect to Texas’ side.  26 States and counting have sided with Texas.

Let’s not forget in this distraction who the real ringleaders of illegal immigration are … the Jєωs.  They could be setting up a cινιℓ ωαr as a divide and conquer distraction from Gaza and their other agendas.  They love it when everyone thinks that Biden and the Left are the ultimate enemy.  “Anti-Semitic” sentiment in the US has been at an all-time high, so they need to get the goyim fighting each other before they turn on them.

Now the US can keep quietly funding the Jєω genocide while everyone is distracted by these developments.  Let’s not forget that Abbott is aligned with the WEF and was on board with the jab agenda and Plandemic, while keeping up some mild appearances to the contrary, as were most of the governors supporting him.

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 and indeed Article IV, Section 4, hinges on the definition of “invasion.” In previous immigration law it would not apply and if all immigration laws were being honored, it would not apply, but that is not the current situation. The immigration laws are not being enforced, they are not even being recognized. The executive branch has ignored Supreme Court rulings that would enforce the “stay in Mexico” policy that had restrained illegal immigration. The executive is acting in illegal ways to encourage and accommodate illegal immigration, not legal and codified immigration. Organized mobs overwhelming the border patrol, overwhelming the ability of ICE to track and deport is the very definition of “invasion.” It is an invasion and it is treason to allow it.

Taking advantage of this illegality, this open door to the southern border, enemies have entered and dispersed throughout the land. This is known, and they are being paid upwards of $3000 a month to stay, provided with shelter and food. This is “aid and comfort” and exposes the executive to charges of treason as defined in the Constitution. When these enemies unleash their acts of terrorism on the United States, this treason will be justification to prosecute and execute those in the executive branch who have enabled it.

Texas needs to secede already.  If it were a country, it would have the 8th largest economy in the world.
