I disagree that endorsing a candidate means a person agrees with all of their positions.  Even Vigano makes it clear that there are things he disagrees with (although, interestingly enough, he doesn't mention Israel and Gaza).

If Trump truly has apostatized from Christ by rejecting Christ and embracing Judaism, then I rebuke him and won't support him. But pretty sure Trump praised Jesus Christ recently, which is incompatible with Judaism, and even celebrated "Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ". So I don't think I believe that. But let me research it some more.
