  • So, the Supreme Court voted 6-3 in favor of Obamacare again. So much for the "conservative" justices as both Kennedy and Chief Roberts voted for Obamacare. Basically the justices rewrote the law from the bench and changed the meaning of the words. Created by the states doesn't mean created by the states. A penalty is now a tax. The Constitution isn't worth the paper it's wrtten on. All that's left now is for the Supreme court to force sod marriage on everyone.

Let's see if the Governor of Texas is a man of his word when he says if the Supreme Court forces sod marriage on Texas he will defy the court and make it illegal for the state to issue sod marriage licenses and if they go after him they will seceed. If this happens I might join the Texans in this new cινιℓ ωαr.

  • Why do you care about the constitution?

It is an "enlightenment" inspired, written by masons, and heretical docuмent.  Catholics shouldn't care about the constitution.

  • Obamacare is a failure.  It is communism.  It mostly benefits the insurance companies.
Obamacare covers sex changes and abortions by making the people pay for it.

  • My husband and I were just discussing today the happenings going on in the supreme court. And we both came to the conclusion that America is toast, there is no turning back. The only way we'll turn around is by war or poverty, or some other high handed act of God. Our country deserves any ill that comes to it and more.
Religion clean and undefiled before God and the Father, is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their tribulation: and to keep one's self unspotted from this world.

My neighbor (non-Catholic) has an Obamacare plan for him and his family, purchased off of the (in)famous healthcare.gov.  It is a Blue Shield plan.  I was curious earlier this year, and asked if I could read his plan book.  Abortions, contraception, and sex changes are specifically excluded and are not covered under the plan.  The only exception is for abortions; they are covered under the plan when they are "necessary to save the life of the mother" or to terminate a pregnancy caused "by rape or incest."  I know this isn't any better from a moral perspective, but I did find it interesting that so-called elective abortions are not covered, and that contraception and sex changes are completely excluded.  I have no idea if this is common or not for other Obamacare plans, but it is true for at least one, evidently.

We should care about it because it is the ruling docuмent of our nation.  Elected officials should be held accountable for abiding by the rule as it is laid down.  The Constitution is the only thing we have to hold on to right now, though God willing, one day this country will be a Catholic country. For now we have to work with what we have, and pray (and work) for the rule of Christ the King.

What do you mean the constitution is the only thing to hold on to?...it is a enlightenment and Masonic docuмent!  It is modernist and liberal.  There is no point in caring about the constitution

  • The SCOTUS just legalized sodomy to no surprise. (With 5 liberals and 4 conservatives, it's geared toward a majority) At least the Catholics on the court ruled against it.

Also, it might go by geography too.

In our area, a lot of cheaper plans have reduced quality care to patients. And the price for insurance is over priced and will go up more to support those who choose not to work.  Since Obamacare, the quality of healthcare is dictated by insurance companies not doctors.

It is good to know that blue cross blue shield doesn't cover abortions, etc.
However, it could be just that particular plan.  Obamacare gave more power to insurance companies thanks to those Catholics on the Supreme Court.

And now if the sources are correct , Supreme Court just voted in favor for same sex marriage.
At least Ireland had a referendum.  The USA has become a dictatorship controlled by perverted overpaid atheists.

There are six Catholics on the Supreme Court. And marriage between man and woman lost by that one vote.

"Catholics" who rule in favor of destroying what God has established and what Our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ elevated to a Sacrament including writing the opinion that a cabal of 5 unelected wolves who have spit on the Cross, the Holy Church established by Christ, can impose this on states (some who have a legitimate argument against it rooted in the Natural Law) like tyrannical children of the Father of Lies are NOT Catholics. They are wolves in sheep's clothing, serving Mammon and crucifying Christ by hating Him, His Holy Church and the Natural Law by betraying it.

True.  I really have no idea, beyond this one particular plan.  For all I know, all other plans in the country cover abortion, or they could all be like this one.

Insurance companies have been controlling healthcare and dictating treatment plans for decades before Obama was even in office.  While Obamacare certainly didn't help anything, it also didn't create the problem.  Anytime you have a third party company that is responsible for paying medical bills (i.e., health insurance companies) they will always be in between a doctor and patient.

Because it establishes a rule of law for this country.  It is not ideal, I would prefer the rule of Christ the King, but having a rule of law, however flawed it maybe, is preferable to anarchy in my opinion.  Others may prefer communism or anarchy, I prefer at least to attempt some type of rule while working and praying for Christ the King.

Both France and Spain had the opportunity to make this a Catholic country, and both let that opportunity slip through their fingers.  Lay blame with them for saddling us with our current sorry state.  On the other hand considering how those two nations have turned out perhaps it does not really matter.  I believe that no nation will ever be fully functional unless it has God fearing leaders who have the true faith running through their blood and bones.
