The Protestant Candidate and the Blessed Mother

Amazing!  Look at this powerful and truly superb two sided campaign flyer that Arthur Jones, G.O.P. Candidate for Congress in the 3rd Congressional District of Illinois just sent out in a mass mailing to a good number of voters in his district.  He also sent it out to many news agencies.

Please pray for his conversion to the Catholic Faith.  He is married to a very devout traditional Catholic and has never been married to anyone else.  She tells me that he prays a decade of the Rosary each day with her and three Aves each night.

In the mid-1980's he was arrested for smashing to pieces a very blasphemous depiction of the Blessed Virgin Mary which was being shown as part of an "art" exhibit at the Chicago campus of the University of Illinois.  The story was covered by CNN!

Neat story.  What do you make of his section on "hate speech"?  It seems awfully counter productive information.  Do you think he is racist?

I think the "hate speech" section is OK, but I would definitely not have gone with the content he has in it; I agree with you in that unfortunately it does seem rather counter productive.  I really don't know whether he is a racist or not.  He adamantly claims that he is not in so far as he makes a distinction by categorizing himself as a racialist.  I think it is an important distinction, although the media for obvious reasons pays it no attention and adamantly claims he's a racist.  God only knows!
