  • The media and Congress ignore poor people, those on entitlements, so called. They think they can just throw them a few crumbs (Congress,  that is) of money and they will hopefully go away. But someone needs to do something about their plight. They are stuck in dependence on the government. Someone needs to look into changing the system so as not to foster dependence. Someone should go preaching into all the "ghettos" about the woes of being dependent and the benefits of NOT being so.. I have known people throughout my life who were stuck in the low-income rut. It is NOT pretty. Low-income people are treated poorly by govt agencies, and I could just go on and on. Sometimes the victims don't seem to want to acknowledge that they really are victims but I can see it. Others can see it. Those who live in low-income (subsidized) housing are not given the same rights other Americans have. The laws supposedly set up in every state to protect tenants from greedy, selfish, unjust, lawless landlords do NOT apply to  those in low income housing. The 4th Amendment is violated with impunity by  those govt "workers" who run these hell-holes. The 2nd amendment is violated.

These people need help, but NOT the system as it is.. The system is the PROBLEM and does little to ACTUALLY  HELP people.

many  people prefer homelessness (over abuse)

  • So is your point that someone or some entity should provide them more "help", or should they be encouraged to take full advantage of whatever education and opportunities that are available to them and pull themselves out of the pit?

  • Are you glad that you do not living in Germany today.  The government authorities are now confiscating homes from
the Germans and giving them over to the "migrant" invaders that the government authorities under Angela Merkel are
advocating and sponsoring and encouraging this wholesale invasion.  All for a the One World Government, One world
Banking and one world currency and the destruction of national heritage. And, everything Christian.
No matter how things get chaotic, the Germans will be stupid enough to reelect Angela Merkel as Chancellor of
Germany in the Fall. The Chaos will get worse and that will make the whole country and eventually the rest of Europe
    ungovernable.

the system that keeps them dependent needs to change the way they do things. They need to have classes in High School about how AWFUL it is to be low-income. They could have low-income people come in and tell them just how HIDEOUS it is to be in their shoes.
"They" don't teach this in HS so people get a general idea that somehow getting "free" this and "free" that is.. not only free but LOVELY and good
That is a HUGE LIE. The Left seem to have a low opinion of .. how to s ay? low-paying jobs? And of course they do not share middle class values so they probably disdain even not so low income people but I digress...
I forgot what I was digressing from... oh well, you get my gist and etcc... etc

  • If you do a search under "Germany confiscates homes to give to refugees" you'll come up with dozens of stories about this latest maneuver.
