It wouldn't surprise me if he's the product of marrano ancestry like Linda Chavez.

Pius Xi said,

8. Whoever exalts race, or the people, or the State, or a particular form of State, or the depositories of power, or any other fundamental value of the human community - however necessary and honorable be their function in worldly things - whoever raises these notions above their standard value and divinizes them to an idolatrous level, distorts and perverts an order of the world planned and created by God; he is far from the true faith in God and from the concept of life which that faith upholds.

as a cover or window dressing for some diabolical candidate for future

it is dupe us from seeing some other scandalous people running for office.

With respect to Ted Cruz, when did they change the constitution to allow foreign born people to become president of the United States?

It is my understanding that one of his parents is a US citizen.  That is sufficient for him to be deemed a natural born US citizen.  In contrast to B. Hussein Obama, it is my understanding that that specimen's mother had renounced her US citizenship.  There have been no changes in regard to your question to the Constitution.

The Constitution does not prohibit "foreign born people" from becoming president of the United States.  The Constitution requires that the president be a "natural born citizen".  Cruz is not a naturalized citizen.  He has always been a citizen of the United States.  The question is whether that qualifies as "natural born".

If Cruz were to be nominated for the Republican ticket, I doubt very much that anyone would challenge his eligibility in courts who would have to rule on the issue.  But even if someone did challenge his candidacy, I doubt very much that the supreme court will be willing to even accept the challenge.
