So the Supreme Court states that voters in individual states can ban affirmative action. In states where this has occurred, the number of minority student enrollment has dropped by 50%.

If voters can ban affirmative action in individual states, then how come voter initiatives against sodomite marriage have been overturned ? Take CA Prop 8 where an actual sodomite judge overturned it.

What would be necessary would be an ammendment to the constitution.

Sadly, I don't think that will ever happen. America is obsessed with fαɢɢօtry for reasons that baffle me, so as long as the mouth of legal verbiage spews more sewage, men and men can pretend that they're married.
