So the Supreme Court states that voters in individual states can ban affirmative action. In states where this has occurred, the number of minority student enrollment has dropped by 50%.

If voters can ban affirmative action in individual states, then how come voter initiatives against sodomite marriage have been overturned ? Take CA Prop 8 where an actual sodomite judge overturned it.

The Supreme Court has upheld Michigan's affirmative action ban, ruling that the state has the right to determine whether racial preferences can be considered in college admissions.

In a 6-2 ruling on Tuesday, the justices said that a lower federal court was wrong to set aside the change as discriminatory. The Supreme Court ruled that Michigan voters had the right to change their state constitution to bar public colleges and universities from using race as a factor in admissions.

  • What would be necessary would be an ammendment to the constitution.

  • Sadly, I don't think that will ever happen. America is obsessed with fαɢɢօtry for reasons that baffle me, so as long as the mouth of legal verbiage spews more sewage, men and men can pretend that they're married.
Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary...

It used to be that we viewed God as the victim of sin, now the attitude is that we must mind our own business.
