RealMcCoy, I'll admit you had me going there. I thought it was true, the way everyone was reacting.
There aren't any exceptions when it comes to libel/slander -- saying untrue things calculated to ruin the reputation of another. You have to be DAMN careful. I say "damn" because it can be grave matter.
Slandering someone who isn't Catholic is still slander.
What if someone didn't click on this thread? The way the thread was worded, if they just skimmed the topic titles they'd just have the general impression Ted Cruz is a wife abuser. Is that just? Don't you think you'll have to answer for that?
Seriously, I know a lot of you like a good joke, and a lot of you like Trump (I know, I repeat myself), but you can't cast aside Catholic morality when it's convenient.
