    You'll notice that the vast majority of both black eyes and boots are on the left side (left foot, left eye) ... but there are a few exceptions.

    Does this mean that the ones on the right foot are real?  Or is there some reason for it being over there (whether they're left-handed, for instance).  Few of the boot-wearers also appear to have required crutches but could put their full weight on it (and one or two that did also had it on their right foot).

    Yes, it is interesting to wonder if there's something about the LEFT eye in particular.  I've seen all those pictures where the celebrities are covering up one eye ... so I wonder if there's some pattern in terms of which eye they cover up.
