Which is the more humble and Christlike response to The Crisis in The Church?

The first principle of natural law is: Do what's right, don't do, what's not right. To be able to decide, you need to collect information (teaching of the Church) and then use your conscience.
It's humble and Christlike to act conforming this most basic principle.
This doesn't answer the question, whether they're really vicars of Christ, but it shows that you're not on any safer side, by choosing to accept and not reject them as vicars of Christ.
