Indeed it is good news.  But I would have preferred to see the RVW overturn to take place first.  Every day delayed is a day that pro-life "trigger laws" can't take effect.

Unfortunately, they still upheld the state's right to issue licenses, but they just can't discriminate on who gets the licenses.  Good but not great.

But that moderate good news is immediately countered and offset by this bad news (which enacts red flag laws, so easily abused):

It passed with a sizable Republican majority in the Senate, which means it has an even better chance of passing the House and becoming law. Maybe a future SCOTUS will strike this down too, someday.
