    • Indeed it is good news.  But I would have preferred to see the RVW overturn to take place first.  Every day delayed is a day that pro-life "trigger laws" can't take effect.

    • Unfortunately, they still upheld the state's right to issue licenses, but they just can't discriminate on who gets the licenses.  Good but not great.

    It passed with a sizable Republican majority in the Senate, which means it has an even better chance of passing the House and becoming law. Maybe a future SCOTUS will strike this down too, someday.
